PI is allowed throughout the property – outdoors, inside the Mansion and/or the 1802 House.
Rental Membership Fees
Purchasing an event membership entitles you to a one-time usage of the mansion and grounds for a private event during the membership year. Pricing is based on the day your event will be held.

- Rentals are $200 per hour, no minimum.
- Timeframe of the Investigation must be approved.
- Insurance liability policy required.
- All membership fees are 100% tax-deductible!
