Meet Our Board

Emily Nix

Emily is very proud to call herself a sixth generation Nashvillian. She holds a BA in American Studies from Lipscomb University and an MTS from Vanderbilt Divinity School. Prior to accepting a position as a docent and historical interpreter for Two Rivers Mansion in 2022, Emily worked in the hospitality industry as the Catering Manager for such Donelson staples as Ellendale’s Restaurant and Phat Bites Deli. Emily is very passionate about the history of this incredible property and about the exciting things that are yet around the corner; she looks so forward to further contributing as a member of the board. She lives in Old Hickory with her husband Josh and their three “kids with paws”, Radley, Maggie, and Boo.
